Terms of Service

Effective date: March 5, 2026

These Terms govern your use of RockiesSunrise ("Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1) Social casino / no real-money gambling

2) Eligibility and accounts

You must meet the minimum age to play simulated casino-style games where you live (generally 19+ in Canada; 18+ in AB, MB, and QC). You are responsible for maintaining account security and for all activity under your account.

3) Acceptable use

4) Virtual items

We may provide virtual currency or items. These are licensed to you, not sold, and may be modified or discontinued at any time. All purchases (if offered) are for entertainment access/features only and do not create any right to real-world value.

5) Intellectual property

The Service, including software, design, text, graphics, and trademarks, is owned by RockiesSunrise Inc. or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works except as permitted by law or written permission.

6) Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, pose a risk to other users, or for operational/security reasons. You may stop using the Service at any time.

7) Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Canadian law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Gameplay outcomes are random/simulated and are not indicative of real gambling results.

8) Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RockiesSunrise Inc. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of data, profits, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the Service in the 12 months before the event (or CAD $50 if you paid nothing), unless prohibited by law.

9) Changes

We may update these Terms. If changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice by posting an updated effective date and/or in-service notice. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.

10) Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of laws rules.
